Aged in Okanagan red wine barrels, our Brett Saison is invigorated by wild yeast strain Brettanomyces,  inviting hues of straw and earth.

PEQUENO CABO

TEQUILA BARREL AGED SOUR WEISSE 

 

This Berliner-style Weisse was aged in Tequila Barrels for nuances of Oak and Agave. Sour in nature and refreshingly effervescent.

SOVEREIGN

SUPER SAISON

 

Appearance is pale with hues of straw and aromas are sweet of candied orange and red apple. Through mixed fermentation and assertive dry-hopping comes a unique and complex balance of tart fruity esters, elderflower, and spice, tapering to a dry finish.

TRIPLICITY

BELGIAN TRIPEL

 

Taking the Triple concept a step further we’ve utilized 3 malts, 3 hops, 3 sugar sources. Fermented with Lillooet wild sage honey this Belgian Tripel is effervescent with complex aromas of honey and spice followed by flourishes of fruit and a perceived dry finish.

POMONA

RED WINE BARREL AGED STONE-FRUIT SOUR

 

A bold and bright sour wheat ale aged on nectarines for 12 months in Okanagan red wine barrels with Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces. Before finding its way to your glass, this beer was blended with classic witbier and transferred to a French oak foeder where it aged on apricots for an additional 3 months.
