BARREL AGED DARK SOUR ALE WITH BLACK CURRANTS

Aged in red wine barrels for four years and finished on black currants, Quadrennial has developed a unique depth of character with rich undertones of tart berries and chocolate. Deep brown in colour, this dark sour is well balanced with a pronounced acidity and a pleasantly puckering finish.

IPA WITH BLACKBERRIES AND LACTOSE

Blackberry Jam is an IPA brewed with handpicked wild blackberries from B.C., Mosaic lupulin powder, lactose sugar, Saccharomyces Trois yeast and a touch of vanilla.

Our Fresh Hop Wild Ale is brewed with freshly picked B.C. Hop Co. Cashmere hops and Saccharomyces Trois yeast.

FARMHOUSE ALE

This herbaceous farmhouse ale was brewed with dark Belgian Candi sugar and bay laurel, then aged over kumquats and bitter orange peel in an oak foeder for six months. Delicate aromas of citrus and anise precede notes of dark pit fruit, settling into a mild Brett funk.

DRY-HOPPED FARMHOUSE ALE

Fermented warm with Kveik (traditional Norwegian Farmhouse yeast) in French oak barrels and bottle conditioned with Brett C, this ale sings brightly with notes of pineapple and citrus while balanced by a pleasing mineral dryness. Hopped exclusively with Enigma and rounded out by naked oats, isn't it good, Norwegian Wood?

PORT BARREL AGED BELGIAN BLEND WITH CHERRIES

This complex Belgian Ale was aged primarily in Port Barrels on Cherries then blended with a few other unique barrels for a strikingly lush depth of character.
