Our family has called Delta home for many years. Our grandfather first purchased a beach getaway in Tsawwassen in the 60’s and later expanded our then family business, Mills Paint in Delta. The company's manufacturing plant was built in the 80’s on River Road, just down the street from our brewery today.
As much as we love our community, we also recognize that there are many with much deeper roots than ourselves. We’d like to acknowledge that the land on which we gather and operate our business is the traditional and unceded territory of the Tsawwassen, Musqueam and the hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ speaking people.
Community engagement and support are foundational values of ours, as we believe our strengths and successes rely on the symbiotic relationship between our customers, community, and ourselves. Events like our Winded 5km charity run and Cheers for Children benefit concert were born out of gratitude for our community's support, as well as a genuine desire to use our platform to give back wherever possible.
We take great pride in hosting these events that see us working with wonderful local charitable organizations like Reach and Deltassist, and we look forward to continuing this area of work in the future.
