Batch 003 - Hefeweizen

We brewed this small batch of Hefeweizen simply because we wanted to drink it. A long time brewer favourite, this classic Hefe is unfiltered, highly carbonated and a perfect beer to compliment those hot patio days and long summer nights. Banana forward, but with just enough clove to balance, we hope this becomes one of your favourites too.
