A foeder-aged Farmhouse Ale brewed at Four Winds Brewing in collaboration with Nickel Brook Brewing, Great Lakes Brewing & Sawdust City Brewing. Combining wild yeast from Escarpment Labs with wild Ontario hops and a B.C. frame of mind, we've come together to produce an ale of national proportions.
