Pomona Blackberry & Raspberry Sour

A new approach to a household favourite, this bold and bright sour wheat ale was aged in French oak foeders with Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces. Our new take on Pomona was then conditioned on a blend of local raspberries and wildly foraged blackberries.
