Conditioned on fresh tequila barrel wood, this new format Tequila Sour has a flavour profile surprisingly similar to that of a classic lime margarita. Notes of oak and agave balance hints of lemon and lime, with a tiny touch of salt to round out the palate. Sour in nature yet outrageously refreshing.
