Smooth Sailing

Smooth Sailing is an incredibly light, open-foeder fermented table bier that we brewed in collaboration with our friends at Temporal Artisan Ales. Mineral expressions are rounded out by Continental, Bobek, and Tettnanger hops, finishing with a champagne-like effervescence brought on by can conditioning. The perfect beer for warm summer nights.
